In Tokyo, where RENOVERU has made its way, Japan’s stock-based society is finally taking shape. It has been a journey of residents making use of existing homes — renovating their way to smarter, better living. And a journey of building fair, reliable ways to measure a property's worth, along with the craft to raise its value over time.
Bangkok, meanwhile, holds many properties whose true worth has yet to be properly measured. We take their measure, carefully and fairly. And we bring what Tokyo has learned to the way this city lives, and to its market.
In doing so, we hope to create sustainable ways of living — to grow them into a culture, and let that culture spread. That is what RROOM is for.

For decades, Japan responded to aging buildings by replacing them. Only later did we begin to understand the cost of that approach — economically, culturally, and environmentally.
When I founded Renoveru in 2010, I started with a simple belief: the true value of a building is not determined by its age, but by its potential.
Over the past fifteen years, we have worked to unlock that potential through renovation, helping people discover new ways of living within existing spaces.
RROOM is an extension of that belief in Bangkok.
Cities across Southeast Asia are entering a defining period. The decisions made today about existing buildings will shape the quality, sustainability, and character of urban life for decades to come.
We believe renovation is one of the answers.

Bangkok's second-hand condominium market is at an inflection point. As new developments grow costlier and smaller, well-located properties with generous space hold enormous untapped value — yet without proper evaluation standards, that value goes unrecognized.
Over twelve years across Thailand, India, and Taiwan, I have built businesses from the ground up — sometimes alone, always from the front line. What those years taught me was not to impose, but to listen: to preserve what matters and change what must change. Genuine localization is earned, not assumed.
Japan spent decades building a culture of valuing existing stocks. Thailand is ready for the same shift. We are bringing RENOVERU's fifteen years of expertise — our eye for quality, our commitment to craft — guided by the Japanese spirit of mottainai: nothing of value should go to waste.
Together with partners who share our vision, we will renew each residence with care—one by one, yet with remarkable speed—to bring a culture of renovation across Asia.
